Big Brother 2013 rumoured housemate Lacey Banghard has, according to
reports, ditched her boyfriend to be single in the house hoping to get
more airtime.
The Page 3 model thinks that being single during the show will help
her chances of winning, and getting with fellow rumoured housemate Sam
Robertson.
The Daily Star Sunday claim that Lacey is after some “lusty romps”
with the former Corrie actor. The Daily Star is known for its over
exaggeration, elaborate stories.
A show insider told the newspaper: “She wants to stay long enough to
win over the public but is worried she will struggle because producers
have signed up so many big characters.
“A romance is the perfect way to get screen time. Lacey had no choice but to go in as a single girl.”
Lacey dumped her boyfriend in a last ditch attempt to make sure she
got enough airtime in the reality show. A source told the newspaper
“Lacey had been dating him for a good while but felt like it was the
only option.
“There were a lot of tears and they’re hoping to remain friends. She
didn’t want to have to worry about what he was thinking about her house
antics – she just wants to enjoy herself.”
Sam Robertson was reportedly lined up to appear in Celebrity Big
Brother in the summer last year. However a source said: “He had gone
into hiding before the series started and just couldn’t cope being
locked up and away from the outside world. Other guests in the hotel
where he was staying said he was going crazy not being able to do normal
things like call his family.
“Even if he makes it into the house, he’s unlikely to find it easy coping with the pressures. There will be fireworks”
